At Crazy 4 Carbs, we know it's hard to be on a low carb diet. After all, most of us were raised on comfort foods that often included mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, freshly baked bread, desserts, etc. But all of these contribute to weight gain. They're addictive too!
There are ways to enjoy these foods and enjoy good health. It's not that all carbs are bad, it's the simple carbs that are bad. Those are basically anything made with white flour or white sugar, and any potatoes. If you choose foods that are made with complex carbs instead (basically anything made with whole wheat flour, fruits and vegetables and whole grains) you can still be satisfied while giving your body what it truly needs--carbs.
