Carb Counting
Carb counting insanity really helps with the peace of mind.
Not Only Is Carb Counting Fun, But It's Helpful, Too
Get busy carb counting, or get busy dying
As Andy Dufresne (the fictional character portrayed by Tim Robbins in the 1994 classic film The Shawshank Redemption) rolls over in his grave at the invocation of his classic quote by a carb counting website, take these words to heart as you begin your dieting.
Think about it here. You have the chance to dictate your own future, and we have no idea how you are going to respond. We can not enforce any major, catch-all carb counting edict here. You are going to have to take charge of your own decisions. Can you? Moreover, will you? Will you take into consideration the challenge of the task at hand and make yourself a better and also a thinner person? To be blunt, you need to take a look at what you eat a little more carefully. Think about this for a moment.
- Carbs stick to your bones, so to speak. Or literally. What we are saying is that they make you fat.
- Through an aggressive carb counting regimen, you can limit the amount of carbohydrates you take in, and see to it that the biggest consumption in that area comes from good sources. What we are saying is that there are good carbs and bad ones.
- With good carbs, you get the nutrients you need and stay full longer, thus eliminating the need for constant snacking. What we are saying is that by limiting your carbs to brown rice, whole grains and vegetables, you actually get something out of it.
- That's your ticket to the winner's circle. What we are saying is, you can lose a ton of weight!
At the very least, give carb counting some thought. With the help of our site, you can learn a little about carb counting and what it is going to take for you to become stable again. Your weight is important. So is your longevity. Do not take it lightly.
