	<title>Crazy 4 Carbs</title>
	<description>
Are you Crazy 4 Carbs? Most of us are. In fact, you might have even been raised with carbs being an integral part of your diet without even knowing it. You can't blame your mom--she was just trying to show you how much she loved you by giving you what she believed were balanced and nutritious meals. Turns out she was right when it comes to eating fruits and vegetables. But now, you're Crazy 4 Carbs other than fruits and vegetables, and everywhere you turn you hear that carbs are bad for you. What do you do?

Crazy 4 Carbs Has Answers
Crazy 4 Carbs isn't here to support low carb diets or to claim that they're all bad. They have their good points and their bad points. What we want to do is put the information about carbs out there so you can decide for yourself, once and for all, if carbs are good. Chances are you'll learn that there are good carbs and bad carbs, and with a little activity and portion control, you can continue to be Crazy 4 Carbs and it won't hurt you.

We'll also provide you with some meaty information on the role of protein in a low carb diet, how a low carb diet actually works and what your body goes through when you're losing weight on a severely low carb diet. If you're Crazy 4 Carbs, don't believe that cutting carbs out of your diet completely is the only way you'll lose weight. You might have to cut back on your carbs a bit because you are probably eating too many, but cutting them out completely isn't healthy. In fact, you can substitute good carbs for bad ones and you'll barely notice the difference. You'll just feel better and lose weight.
